University of Notre Dame Athletics Director Jack Swarbrick Jr. has been announced as the featured speaker at the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce membership banquet Jan. 21. At Notre Dame, Swarbrick has been responsible for forming new community outreach and youth programs and building student-athlete programs and services that recognize high academic achievement. The 103rd annual dinner for chamber members is Jan. 21 at Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center at Grace College.
