Kosciusko Honor & Remember To ‘Celebrate America’s Veterans’

Kosciusko Honor & Remember will conduct “Celebrate America’s Veterans” in Downtown Warsaw on First Friday, June 3 with the ceremony beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Any honorably discharged veteran who resides in Kosciusko County and has not previously been recognized or served in the Armed Forces of the United States from May 8, 1975, to present will be recognized.  Previous events have recognized living World War II, Korean and Vietnam veterans.

The Lake Area Community Band will perform from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Seating is provided for veterans. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

Forms can be obtained at American Legion Post #49, VFW, The Salvation Army, McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel or Latte Lounge. Forms must be submitted by May 27. For more information, e-mail koshonor@gmail.com.
