Kosciusko County is in the top five for reported meth labs for the first six months of this year. Statistics from Indiana State Police say 119 meth labs were documented in Delaware County through the end of June. They are number one on the list. The next-highest total was Noble County with 35 meth labs. And, then, Kosciusko County with 29 meth labs. Law enforcement officials have said meth lab statistics are a partial reflection of their aggressive investigations.
