Local Moose Lodge #1423 Provides KCSD With Stuffed Animals For “Mooseheart Program”

KCSD Press Release – Local Moose Lodge #1423 from Warsaw recently provided the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department with several stuffed animals as part of their “Mooseheart Program”. Warsaw Moose Lodge Governor Jeff Rose explained that the Mooseheart Program is a national service program, established by Moose International, that supplies stuffed “moose” dolls for children involved in traumatic situations or incidents.  Rose donated 7 dozen of the new stuffed animals to Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine this past Thursday morning at the sheriff’s department.  Sheriff Rovenstine stated that he will also provide the stuffed animals to any requesting law enforcement or emergency service agency in Kosciusko County as a central location point.
