A Millersburg man has been arrested after colliding with, and killing an 80 year-old man riding his bicycle. Investigators in LaGrange County say 22 year-old Brian Schrock was under the influence of alcohol and using his cell phone at the time of the crash, which killed 80-year-old Leland Lambright of Emma. The fatal collision happened Monday evening in the 6800 block of County Road 200 South. Schrock was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death, and a pending charge of Reckless Homicide.
