A South Bend man was arrested Saturday evening for drunk driving with his 4-year-old son in the car and cited for never having a valid driver’s license. Shortly after 5:00 p.m. an Indiana State Police Trooper stopped 40 year old Gustavo Mora for a traffic violation in the area Olive Street and Sample Street in South Bend. The Trooper noticed that a young boy, identified as Mora’s son, was riding in the car unrestrained in the back seat. Mora had a blood-alcohol content level of more than two times the legal limit. Mora was arrested for felony operating while intoxicated causing endangerment and never having a valid driver’s license.
