Daniel Richard Fleshood crashed his vehicle along Packerton Road and CR 300S, Warsaw, late Sunday night. He then attempted to flee the scene, and hid behind a local barn, according to information provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. A K-9 unit found Fleshood at 12:24 a.m. Fleshood was found with a preliminary blood alcohol content greater than .40. The legal limit is .08. He was taken to Kosciusko County Hospital to be checked out and then transferred to Kosciusko County Jail where he was arrested for multiple charges, including an out-of-county warrant from Grant County.
