A man in Rochester has died after DNR officers say he fell from his boat into Lake Manitou. 68 year-old Dale Pugh and a friend were fishing on the boat on the southwest side of the lake when Pugh stood up and fell into the water. According to Indiana Department of Natural Resources officers, he did not resurface. Scuba divers recovered his body about 90 minutes later. Indiana Conservation Officers say Pugh was not wearing a flotation device.
