An Amish housewife claims she was raped in her own Marshall County home last week, and the man she is accusing is in custody.
49-year old Michael Middaugh is charged with six felony counts. WNDU reports that Middaugh was released from prison on March after serving 13 years on a child molesting charge in Elkhart, and that he was listed a most wanted felon for failing to register as a sex offender.
The woman claims Middaugh came to her door around 10am last Wednesday and told her he was lost. He allegedly forced his way into the home with a knife.
