A Milford Town board member is resigning.
JoEllen Free is moving out of Kosciusko County and ending her time on the board at the end of the month.
A GOP caucus will be announced soon to replace Free for the remainder of her term, which lasts until the end of the year.
Three Van Buren Township Precinct Committeemen will participate in the caucus to determine a replacement. Â
