Mishawaka Jogger In Critical Condition After Being Stuck By Car

A jogger is in critical condition after being hit by a speeding car in Mishawaka Thursday morning. WNDU say police were called to the scene on Jefferson Boulevard just before 7 a.m. The driver, 23 year old Quentin Burnley was traveling east on Jefferson, while 30 year old Tiffany Brantley was jogging westbound near her apartment. Witnesses said Burnley crossed the center line and hit the jogger. Burnley then struck the Prime Development Corporation building causing the car to spin around and face the other direction. Burnley’s blood alcohol level was .12, almost 50 percent over the legal limit. Tiffany Brantley remains hospitalized in critical condition.
