There is a change in the concert line-up at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair… as Country Music sensation Trace Adkins has cancelled his performance. It's because of filming obligations for a movie he's appearing in. Instead, Montgomery Gentry will perform instead. That concert is set for July 29th.
