More than 50 accidents handled by Kosciusko County deputies during winter storm

WARSAW — Friday’s winter storm led to a slew of minor accidents in Kosciusko County.

Slick roads and poor driving conditions led to more than 50 weather-related accidents handled by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies.

From the hours of 2 p.m. to midnight, KCSO responded to 35 property damage accidents, seven personal injury accidents and nine others initially listed as unknown, according to Doug Light, public information officer for the county sheriff’s office.
