A Goshen man has been arrested following a fatal shooting that happened at a bar in Elkhart early Sunday morning.
Elkhart Police say 29-year old Jordon Norton has been charged with murder and criminal recklessness. This comes after police responded to a shooting and fight at Hardy’s Bar on South Main Street just before 3 AM on Sunday.
One of the gunshot victims, 43-year old David Artley of Elkhart, was taken to the hospital and later died. Two others were also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
An investigation is still on-going, and anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Elkhart Police.
