NET 43 Task Force Arrests Marschke For Dealing Cocaine

A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly dealing cocaine to undercover cops in August.

Emmanuel James Marschke, 20, of 548 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 3:31 p.m. Monday and faces charges for dealing in cocaine more than 10 grams, a Level 2 felony; and possession of cocaine, a Level 4 felony.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Jan. 22 in Kosciusko Circuit Court, sometime during August 2020, NET 43 Drug Task Force officers conducted a controlled purchase of cocaine from Marschke for 15.3 grams of cocaine.

Marschke’s bond was set at $25,250.
