New details have been released in the arrest of a Kosciusko County man.
56-year-old Vincent Banks was arrested Tuesday. He is now formally charged with child molesting and vicarious sexual gratification, both felonies.
In court documents released Thursday, Banks is accused of performing sexual acts on a child under the age of fourteen in 2009. He is also accused of knowingly inducing a child to perform sexual acts on either themselves or on another child also under the age of fourteen.
Child Protective Services was told the alleged incidents occurred for approximately two years.
WNDU reports Banks is a former store manager at the Warsaw Rise’n Roll. The company’s Chief Operating Officer says Banks stopped working at the store before the start of 2019.
