The mother of three children struck and killed in a crash as they were boarding their school bus is not being charged after she attacked the driver at fault in court.
According to our news partners at WPTA 21 in Fort Wayne, Brittany Ingle appeared in court Tuesday for a hearing after she charged after Alyssa Shepherd following her hearing in December. Ingle was walked out in handcuffs and had a preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery.
No charges were filed against Ingle, however the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office would not confirm if they are dropping the case entirely, but they said that no charges have been filed as of this time.
