Noble County high school students busted with cannabis candy

A number of West Noble High School students are facing disciplinary action after school officials discovered them selling cannabis candy on campus.

The Noble County Sheriff’s Department tells News Now Warsaw “multiple” students are in trouble after administrators discovered the transaction Thursday.

Police say the cherry-flavored lollipops were laced with marijuana, but included a stronger level of THC in order to create a stronger “high” when the candies are eaten.

Police are warning parents that these look just like normal lollipops and have the potential to cause “serious” health problems through unintended side effects.
