Above normal rainfall in Indiana sets the stage for a pesky headache. Mosquitoes. State Entomologist Phil Marshall of the Department of Natural Resources says that's why it's especially important for Hoosiers to dump standing water found on their property. He says we should be looking around our property for anything that would hold water and attract mosquitoes.
