Over $40,000 in prizes were given out at Lakeview Middle School Thursday night, including the grand prize that one person drove away with.
Classic Hits 107.3 WRSW held Ornament Smash 2019 in front of roughly 400 people, all looking to go home with one of the 107 prizes available on stage.
The grand prize was a 2015 Chrysler 200 donated by main sponsor Lucky 7 Car Store, while the second biggest prize was a trip to Mexico.
Over the past few weeks, 87 blue tickets were handed out to people at various stops throughout the area, while 20 others received “last chance” tickets on Thursday during the event. All 107 ticket holders won a prize worth at least 100-dollars.
