Warsaw Plan Commission Monday approved a development plan to allow a medical facility and offices in Warsaw north of the new YMCA. The board approved the request from Parkview Health System Inc. to allow medical offices and a facility in a commercially zoned district on 9.8 acres of property at 1355 Mariner Drive. The facility will be called Parkview Warsaw. Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals during its June 23 meeting approved a use variance to allow medical offices and a medical facility at the site. Letting for project bids will be in October, construction is projected to begin in late November and the project is planned to be completed in October 2015, according to Peter Mallers, attorney for Beers, Mallers Backs & Salin, representing Parkview Health.
