A Life Celebration visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on March 3, 2025, at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8056 E. 500 N., North Webster, IN. At 6:30 PM, a rosary will be held for Patrick. On March 4, 2025, a visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison Street, Warsaw, IN, starting at 10:00 AM, with his funeral mass beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
