The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department is asking for our help in finding a man. He is 29-year old Matt Wagoner, who is wanted on two felony warrants including neglect of a dependent causing injury and operating a vehicle while intoxicated and causing a death. He's described as 6-feet tall, 230 lbs with brown hair and eyes, and several tattoos on his arms.
