Prisoners Repair Wheel Chairs For Charity

The second shipment of refurbished wheelchairs are making their way to Romania from Pendleton, Indiana. They're part of the Wheels for the World program. And according to, RTV6 in Indianapolis, prisoners at Pendleton Correctional Facility are behind the work. So far, more than 400 chairs have been repaired at the prison. Officials say the program is changing lives, both among those in need  and the prisoners themselves.
