The Indiana Department of Transportation says S.R. 13 in downtown Syracuse is scheduled to close next Monday at 8am while CSX rebuilds the railroad crossing. The official state detour is U.S. 30 to S.R. 15 to U.S. 6. The railroad company expects the work to continue through September 14th.
