A security guard was hit by a car Monday while working at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum for the Trump Rally.
A driver tried pulling into a parking spot and allegedly side-swiped another vehicle.
The driver then tried to leave the scene, but was flagged down by a security guard in the lot.
The driver then allegedly struck the guard with his vehicle before leaving the parking lot.
