A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared. The Rochester Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 78-year-old Rodney Howard.
He was last seen at 2:30 a.m. in Rochester.
He is 5’11, 298 pounds, brown hair & brown eyes. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require assistance.
He was last seen driving a red 2013 Ford Escape with Indiana plate RKM370.
