South Bend & Chicago Cubs Extend Partnership

The South Bend Cubs and the Chicago Cubs have extended their partnership through 2020. Their original deal signed in 2014 still has more than two years left in it, but the two sides agreed to tack to more years onto the end of it. Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein says the extension is a reward for South Bend owner Andrew Berlin and the rest of the organization and their hard work to build up the team, the ball park and the community around the park.
