The victim says a man tried taking her wallet before knocking her to the ground July 13.

While the suspect initially got away with the wallet, WNDU reports that witnesses in the parking lot chased after him. He then dropped the wallet before getting into a vehicle and driving away.

Witnesses say he left the scene in a red 4-door vehicle.
