You will be seeing more state troopers on the roads through Labor Day.

The Indiana State Police posts in Bremen and Fort Wayne announced they will be joining 230 other law enforcement agencies across Indiana and thousands other nationwide in the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” initiative. Authorities say troopers will be working overtime to arrest impaired drivers.

Drivers on the road can expect to see an increase in roving and saturation patrols, along with an increased number of sobriety checkpoints.
