The City of Warsaw Stormwater Utility will present a webinar aimed at assisting designers, developers, contractors, and MS4s in understanding the new Construction General Permits from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).

Ryan Workman, MS4 Coordinator, Stormwater Utility, and Lori Gates, Senior Project Manager, Burke Engineering, will present the webinar at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 7.
Lori Gates will provide an overview of the state-level changes impacting the requirements for design, stabilization, and project management for projects applicable to the Construction General Permits.
As a senior resource planner and Burke’s resident MS4 guru, Lori is responsible for environmental assessments and studies, and regulatory compliance for water resources and environmental projects. She verifies compliance with the NPDES stormwater permit program for municipal, construction and industrial stormwater quality projects and permits, and oversees projects for ongoing permit implementation activities. She also taps into her many years of experience working closely with regulatory agencies to assist Burke clients with water quality enforcement action resolution.
Ryan Workman will follow up with an overview of the local-level changes for the permitting process, escalating enforcement, and updated forms for projects applicable to the Construction General Permits.
Designers, developers, contractors, or those interested in the free erosion soil control webinar event should register here.
