Tense times Monday afternoon on the north side of Fort Wayne.
Witnesses say dozens of police units surrounded a vehicle on Washington Center Road just west of Coldwater where a man with a gun, waited inside a vehicle near Agaves Mexican Restaurant. A business owner nearby told our partners at WOWO News, for about twenty minutes police waited until a SWAT team arrived.
The man surrended peacefully. Fort Wayne police say that the man was suicidal over the breakup of his girlfriend. Charges are pending.
