Sunday Liquor Sales Could Be Coming To Indiana

There's a chance Indiana lawmakers may consider a bill to lift the state's ban on Sunday alcohol sales next year. The odds seemed to improve recently when House Speaker Brian Bosma said he had no problem with Sunday sales. That leaves the ball in the court of Rep. Thomas Dermody of LaPorte, who chairs the House Public Policy Committee. Dermody says he'll decide sometime in December whether a Sunday sales bill will be heard in his committee.
