Isaiah 11 Counseling Center and Animal Refuge Director Linda Ozier says electrical issues caused the fire, burning the building to the ground. Atwood Fire, Mentone EMS, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department all responded to the incident Sunday morning.

Ozier says seven dogs, three cats, and a dove died in the blaze.
