AKRON — Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation is gearing up for one of its most impactful and effortless fundraisers of the year — Drive 4 Your School, sponsored by Kerlin Ford Motors in Silver Lake.

On Friday, community members will have the opportunity to support local students simply by taking a short test drive in a Ford vehicle.

For every test drive and completed survey, Ford will donate $30 to our schools, with the potential to raise up to $6,000 in a single day.

These funds directly support student programs, academic competitions, and special incentives for both students and staff.

“This fundraiser is a perfect example of how small actions can lead to big impact,” said Ashlie Schlemmer, Director of Communications & Marketing. “This is one of the easiest ways to make a big difference.”

Event Locations & Times:
• Akron Elementary School: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
• Mentone Elementary School: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• TVMS/TVHS Campus (Kickoff Event): 12:30 – 7:30 p.m.
How to Participate:
1. Pre-register using the quick form provided by the school.
2. Take a short test drive in a Ford vehicle.
3. Complete a brief survey after your drive.
