The Latest on COVID-19 in Indiana

STATEWIDE–750 new positive coronavirus test results and three more deaths in Indiana were reported Sunday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.

Those numbers are both decreases from Saturday (15 new deaths and 1,096 positive cases). 8.1% of newly returned tests came back positive, which is the lowest in 6 days.

The three coronavirus deaths mark the fewest deaths in six days.

The 7-day rolling average has jumped to 8%, which is the highest since May 29.

24 counties have 7-day average positivity rates below 5%.

2,924 Hoosiers have died from coronavirus. Out of 906,851 Hoosiers who have been tested for coronavirus, 8.9% (80,415) have tested positive.
