IU Sports Performance Dietitian Heather Fink offers tips to make your dining experience healthy. She says, reduce portion size, order a salad and focus on nutrient rich food. While exercise is important, Fink says its not enough. She says occasional splurges are not a big deal for your health, but dining out multiple times a week can lead to trouble.
