Two Goshen men have been arrested, accused of molesting a girl over a more-than five year period. 24 year-old Brant Hartman is charged with rape and child molestation. 53 year-old Earnest-Bobby Earl Rias is charged with child molestation. The two were arrested this week, but the investigation into the accusations go back more than a year when the victim told a school counselor that she had been raped and molested, repeatedly, until 2008. During that time The Elkhart Truth reports she was living with Hartman, who is a relative. Rias was also living in the home at the time.
