Two More People Charged In Fort Wayne IHOP Incident

Charges have been filed against two more people in the case of woman who yelled at a Fort Wayne public safety officer at an area IHOP. On Sunday, April 12th, 42-year-old Shanna Hancock yelled at a public safety officer at the IHOP on Coldwater Road. Dustin Sunderland was charged this week after he took a video of the entire incident on his cell phone. The video went viral and according to 21Alive, it gained millions of views. Sunderland faces charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and driving while suspended. Facing similar charges is Nikkole Baker, who was in Hancock's group when she was arrested.
