Twylla M. (Ulery) Tolley of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of North Webster, Indiana passed away surrounded by loved ones on September 18, 2026, in the care of Covenant Village Care Center, Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 76.
Twylla’s life will be celebrated with a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana and officiated by Father Paschal Ikejemba. Arrangements entrusted to Redpath-Fruth-Byers Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
