What could the Argonne Road corridor resemble down the road? An official plan of vision for the area was approved on Tuesday during the Warsaw Redevelopment Commission meeting.

City Planner Jeremy Skinner discussed the 66-page plan in brief, which was recently approved by a 15-person committee. The committee, headed up by KEDCO’s Alan Tio, put together the plan which included different steps, designs, and ideas for the Argonne Road area, which would include revamping the area with housing and commercial areas.

This would include replacing the old Arnolt Corporation building with housing, and making changes to the Gadtke property. The overall plans would give an appealing gateway between Center Street and Winona Avenue as travelers go between Warsaw and Winona Lake.
