Wanted Warsaw Man Arrested On Numerous Charges

KCSD Press Release – Kosciusko County officers have apprehended a “sought-after” Warsaw man overnight on numerous criminal charges. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with the assistance of the Indiana State Police, took Matthew Scott Boggs, 41, Warsaw, into custody this morning shortly before 2 a.m.  Boggs currently has numerous charges and pending court cases which include; forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy, and possession of methamphetamine.  Information provided by numerous citizens subsequently led Kosciusko County deputies to a location in the Barbee Lake area south of North Webster. An initial bond of $200,000 was set on Matthew Boggs, but Kosciusko County Superior Court I has now placed a “no bond” on his various charges.
