WARSAW — Warsaw’s high-powered girls basketball team just keeps chugging along.
The Lady Tigers won the 47th Lady Tiger Tournament with a resounding 80-36 win over Columbia City Saturday afternoon.
After leading 11-8 after one quarter, Warsaw outscored their rivals 69-28 the rest of the way.
Miss Basketball candidate Joslyn Bricker, who became the all-time leading scorer in Warsaw girls basketball history Friday night, led the charge with 26 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists.
Brooke Zartman continued her hot shooting with 6-10 from 3-point range and 18 points.
Reagan Huss added 12 points and 8 rebounds, and Kyra Kiser scored 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
The Lady Tigers win their own tournament for the 17th time in 47 years. They jump back into NLC play when they host Northridge Saturday night.
They will be looking to extend their home winning streak (26 straight) and their NLC win streak (32 straight).
