Warsaw holiday trash routes altered ahead of storm

WARSAW — The city of Warsaw is changing its holiday trash routes ahead of the upcoming winter storm to allow crews to better focus on keeping roads cleared.

The city announced Friday’s trash routes will remain the same. Trash should be set out no later than 7 a.m. on Friday. Residents are encouraged to move cans back in as soon as possible after trash has been picked up to prevent cans from blowing into the street.

The route for Monday will now be picked up on Wednesday.

The route for Tuesday will now be picked up on Thursday.

City offices will be closed on Dec. 26 and 27.
