Several men were arrested in three separate covert operations at River Preserve County Park after the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department received several complaints of seeing nudity and sexual activity in the park. The busts were made in July and August, but are just now coming to light. 76-year-old Gerald Miller of Warsaw and 50-year-old Scott Albon of Millersburg were arrested on preliminary charges of public indecency. 78 year-old Jack Amsden was also arrested and released on a preliminary charge of public indecency. Police also requested that the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s office file battery charges against a 48-year-old man. Again, the incidents took place at River Preserve County Park. Police ask that you keep an eye out for any suspicious activity there, or at ANY area park and call them right away if you any.
