A Warsaw man is in custody on “substantial” cocaine dealing charges. The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force arrested 44 year old Bernardo Cisneros at about 10:45 in the morning Tuesday. Task force officers did not disclose how much cocaine was seized during the arrest on Old Road 30, but they did say they seized a “substantial” amount of cocaine. Cisneros is facing two felony counts of cocaine charges and is being held on just over $25,000 bond at Kosciusko County Jail.
