Additional charges were added to an arrest of a Warsaw man who led police on a pursuit Thursday.
24-year old Daniel Craig Holbrook was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail that same night with felony failure to appear stemming from five drug charges in February. Holbrook now faces charges of fleeing law enforcement, operating a vehicle without a license, and possession of paraphernalia.
Warsaw Police say Holbrook led officers on a pursuit following an attempted stop near Argonne Road and Market Street for a false and fictitious registration on the van he was driving. No injuries or damage to property was reported during the chase.
Holbrook is being held without bond.
