Warsaw Marching Band Qualifies For State Finals

For the second year in a row, the Warsaw Community High School Marching Tigers’ Pride qualified for the Indiana State School Music Association Scholastic State Finals. To qualify for state, the band earned a gold rating at the ISSMA Scholastic Prelims competition at Homestead High School Saturday. Warsaw received “With Distinction” awards in the categories of music and general effect at prelims as well. The Tigers’ Pride will perform its show, “Saturn Returns,” during the Warsaw vs. Concord football game Friday and at ISSMA Scholastic State Finals in Indianapolis on Oct. 25.
