Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club recently approved a grant for $5,000 to Boomerang Backpack-Warsaw. Boomerang Backpack’s mission statement is to “nourish low-income elementary students on weekends by providing backpacks full of food and inspire high school students to engage in community service.”
