A co-owner of the Warsaw Rise’n Roll is in the Kosciusko County Jail.
56-year-old Vincent Banks has been charged with child molestation and is on a prosecutor’s investigative hold. His preliminary bond has been set at $50,250 surety/cash.
WNDU reports Banks and his wife co-own the store on Walton Blvd along with two other families.
